Basie Rocks! debuted at #1 on the Current Traditional Jazz Album Sales chart and #12 on Billboard’s Traditional Jazz Albums chart. The album, released May 2nd on Green Hill Records, was the highest debut for the week’s Billboard Traditional Jazz chart.

Triumphantly bridging the worlds of rock and jazz, Silver seamlessly swings classics with some of the biggest and most respected names in music today. From her collaboration with Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Peter Frampton on “Baby, I Love Your Way” to her fiery take on The Rolling Stones’ “Paint It, Black” featuring 10-time GRAMMY-winning Cuban trumpeter Arturo Sandoval, along with Pedrito Martínez on percussion, Basie Rocks! offers something for everyone to enjoy.
